Generative AI is moving from pilots into daily business operations, and with it come new obligations and new questions about control. This 50-minute workshop helps business leaders and managers assess where their organisation stands.

First we will open with a concise overview of the EU AI Act: what it regulates, how systems are classified by risk, and what the requirements mean for companies that buy or deploy AI.
Then we demonstrate TESSA & AIRO, showing how organisations can operate AI usage aligned with EU AI ACT and governance practices in a real working context.

In the final part, we will introduce you from regulation to day-to-day management: what AI governance means in practice, who in the organisation should own AI decisions, how to keep track of the AI tools and systems in use, and how to set policies and controls for their responsible use.

Participants leave with a clearer view of their regulatory obligations, a concrete example of a supporting tool, and practical first steps for putting AI governance in place in their own company.

In this session, you’ll build a personal voice assistant that manages your meetings. GPT-Live-1 handles the live conversation, while Jev acts as the decision helper, choosing which meeting to attend first and giving a confidence score for each decision. You’ll learn the basics of using Jev and GPT-Live-1, and leave with a working agent you can adapt to your own business.

The event focuses on high-performance computing and the world-class growth opportunities it offers for companies. Nordic companies have access to unique tools to accelerate growth – the EuroHPC LUMI supercomputer, its successor LUMI-AI and the quantum computer LUMI-IQ, which are available at the end of 2027.
